    Topic INFORMATION
There probably have been more books, seminars and workshops devoted to the topic of leadership than any other Human Resources topic. While there remains debate about the definition of leadership, whether leaders are born or made, etc., one thing stands true: Leadership is the key leverage point in any organization. A Harvard Business School study found that the quality of Leadership can account for 15 – 20% of the total variance in a company’s performance.

In this engaging and interactive seminar, we will:

    • Define leadership and compare to management
    • Look at what some of the best companies and best leaders do better than others
    • Review current thought leaders perspectives on leadership
    • Discuss why trust is the most important and foundational building block to great leadership
